I'm a multi-skilled self-shooting senior PD (& occasional Series Producer as required), used to self-shooting or directing location & multi-camera studio shoots, as well as devising snappy scripts, nurturing tricky talent and running edits across single and multiple suites (as required). I can also edit myself using Final Cut Pro or Adobe Creative Suite (as required) and have an excellent working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and After FX, with which I have latterly been contributing graphic design and special effects elements to a number of projects that I have worked on.
Well-versed in comedy production, studio, ideas development and hidden-camera filming - in addition to clip-show, reality, film, music and shiny floor entertainment production, I also have a strong development background, specifically the creation of high-end ‘tasters’ for commissioner pitches, having started my career as a development producer for MTV and latterly with Objective Productions.
I like to think that I am a well organized, self motivated worker, who functions either as an autonomous unit, or dedicated team player (as required). I'm a pro-active self starter who can think on his feet and deliver above and beyond the specific requirements of any production and am highly skilled at coming up with format ideas, developing them from the page and taking them through to pilot (and beyond).
